Where sacred rivers meet, history breathes, and nature sings.
During the time of Raghunathrao, the splendor of the temple remained unmatched. Forty attendants were always ready, and the air was filled with the sounds of aartis, drums, and shehnais. Festivals were grand, with gold and pearl ornaments, luxurious silk garments, and sacred rituals performed five times a day.
Recitations of Vedas and Suktas, singing during Panchamrit Puja, and grand processions with silver utensils, spears, and morchels added to the divine grandeur. The presence of the Brahma Vrinda enriched every occasion with spiritual depth.
“Such was the splendor of the Lord that it dazzled the eyes.”
The arrival of Shri Vinchurkar turned the village into a celebration. Markets thrived, education flourished with a Vedas school, and the village echoed with bird songs and chants. Jewelers, artisans, farmers, and boatmen prospered as rivers flowed with life.
As new constructions were being built regularly, the artisans had a lot of work to do. The village food pavilion was run by the Patwardhan of Miraje.; So the guests did not have to worry. Under the shade of Shri Narahari, the benefits of this facility were enjoyed by all castes and communities.Due to the presence of stalwarts like Vedic Krishnacharya Dandavate, Nageshwarrao Dingre, Mama Dole, Achyutkaka Vankar, devotion to Lord Narasimha remained the focal point of this entire area.
